I tried different online methods to earn money and support my family. Most didn't work. But I learned what matters — how money actually works, what real effort looks like, why mindset, clarity, vision and systems are non-negotiable. Every failure was education.
Clear Vision
Decided to become financially independent and change my family’s future.
Building Myself First
This was my year of transformation. I realised that before I could achieve anything big, I had to build myself first. I neglected nothing — every weak part of my character, every bad habit, every gap in my mindset. I developed new disciplines, rebuilt my habits, and fundamentally changed who I was. With my goal locked in (business and financial independence), I committed fully to personal growth. I studied business relentlessly — free courses, paid courses, books, real case studies. I learned the fundamentals that separate people who talk about business from people who actually build it. At the same time, I identified and developed a high-income skill I could sell immediately. This wasn't about getting rich fast — it was about proving to myself that my efforts could generate real income. It was about building credibility, confidence, and momentum. By the end of 2022, I wasn't just a student with a dream. I was a different person — disciplined, skilled, and ready to execute.
Being Dropout
Made the bold decision to drop out of my studies to pursue entrepreneurship full-time.
Teaching & Early Wins
Taught over 12,000 students. Published my first book on Calculus. Earned 20,00,000 taka at age 20.
Entrepreneurship & Milestones
Founded six businesses, including a marketing agency, restaurant, printing press, event management agency, coaching centre, and edtech platform. At 21, I made my first crore. Also began providing personal, career, and business growth consultancy to students, professionals, and SME founders.
Scaling Impact
On a mission to create 10 million jobs by empowering 100,000 entrepreneurs. Building businesses that create opportunities, helping young people achieve financial freedom through entrepreneurship, and shaping a generation of leaders who create value instead of just seeking employment.
